Question 1. Economy, environment, infrastructure, job opportunities and sanitation standards. Without them people cannot fully benefit the other livability criteria. Question 2. Now I live in Moscow in a beautiful city district called Strogino. The reasons I live in Moscow are: 1) Educational opportunities and 2) job opportunities (I moved here 6 years ago to enter a university and then got a job. Afterwards my family moved here as well) 3) Economy β itβs much better than in any other city of Russia 4) Environment β much better than where I lived before (in an industrial city in the Urals) 5) Health standards β they are important for my Mom who is a pensioner now. In Moscow many types of medical treatment are provided for free for the citizens, while they cost huge amount of money in other cities of Russia. Cultural opportunities (such as Moscow famous theaters and galleries) were important for me on the stage of decision-making, but I cannot say that their contribution was crucial comparing to the criteria I have listed above. That is why I did not move to Saint Petersburg that also has amazing cultural opportunities but not educational and job opportunities as Moscow.
