Alternative 2 My idea is to use tools to encourage the participation of the residents in the decision of projects that reduce the local insecurity. The permanence of the residents in the streets, especially the areas considered dangerous in the night is essential to keep the streets busy. This causes them to be watched and the feeling of safety is increased. First, it is necessary to encourage sensory stimulation of the people in the place. In monotonous areas the division of spaces into small imaginary boundaries can create this stimulus - a large wall that surrounds a whole street can be filled with paintings, vertical gardens, mosaics, street furniture, among others. In addition, the permanence of people can be encouraged by the creation of street trades, entertainment. For this reason, the main idea is to create an application in which residents can register and be invited to give opinions about what they consider to be priority, to talk about elements of identification with the neighborhood, to show dissatisfaction, among others.
