Obviously route 1 is much better than route 2. This is not only because of the travel time, but also because of the safety on the way. Going by bus is constantly being robbed. Since I need to take my laptop to university, I can not take the risk of stealing it. Fortunately in Niterói some students got together and created a group to give a ride with help of cost (gasolia, for example). That way, I have a safer route and I still make new friends. The walking path is basically the same because I meet the "friends of the hitchhiking" near the bus stop. This is a transuilo route because there is pedestrian movement along the way and the bus stop is always with people waiting.
