My top-5 livability criteria are: transportation, health care, economy, environment and safety. All my life I live in Moscow, Russia. Moscow has one of the best and most effective public transport system all over the globe. Moscow also has a good climate: we have a real winter, a real summer, a beautiful fall and sometimes good spring. In Moscow we have rather good culture: there are a lot of activities, festivals and exhibitions performing during the year. Moscow is situated in a quite good geographical place between Europe and Asia, so flights to China or Japan are a little less long in time, than from European countries. Finally, there are a lot of parks and cool urban spaces in Moscow, so citizens can spend their free time in various ways. Transportation - 90, health care - 60, economy - 65, environment - 75, safety - 65 First of all, I’d like to rethink some projects in transportation. There are some stupid decisions made by the current management and I would like to fix them. I would like to live in NYC, Paris, London or Berlin just because they are my beloved.
