I live in Uberlândia, in the State of Minas Gerais in Brazil, my neighborhood is called Jardim Karaíba and it is predominantly residential, at night there is so much movement at night. In addition, to make purchases and services of daily life we need a car to drive us because of great distances, I would initiate a movement in the neighborhood, would call for meetings to change the zoning and allow some commercial uses in the middle of the neighborhood, but generate more movement. That way we would no longer depend on private vehicles.
