City 1. Vancouver 2. Maui 3. Long Beach 4. Victoria 5. Miami Criteria 1. Climate 2. Safety 3. Health care 4.Mobility 5. Employment The city I live in is similar to Vancouver in climate. Safety is relatively good. Healthcare is good but the hospital needs to be expanded to accommodate the ever growing city and it's surround area. Changes to the downtown area are needed to revitalize it and spread the traffic flow more evenly across the city. Development of new and unique jobs are needed.
