Step 1: Below the most livable cities that I know: 1. Melbourne 2. Vancouver 3. Amsterdam 4. Vienna 5. Kigali Step 2: Below five characteristics that make a city livable. 1. Green spaces (parks, sea, lakes) 2. Good transportation infrastructure 3. Good waste management 4. Good energy services 5. Cheap and green housing Step 3: In my city, London, their are quiet a lot of green spaces (big parks and Thames). However the city is really crowded so it does not seems so spacious. The transportation infrastructure are well developed (and continue to be developed), however they are quiet expensive and crowded which does not make it nice to use.The waste management and energy services are well developed. The property are really expensive due to the high demand.
