The education system is dated and unable to response to today’s high-tech environment, both curriculum and the mode of teaching. • Health Care: Yes. General public can still enjoy affordable high-quality medical services. • Housing: The most expensive housing price city in the World. Normal university graduates cannot pay off their mortgages even they don’t spend after working for 10 years.
