Applying CDS on the unsafe neighborhood case. First of all, the project should start with collecting data and analysing them. The first Q to ask is why the habitats don't feel safe when walking in their neighborhood at night? This questions should be asked directly to the habitats. Our role is find out the right and most effective means that allow us to collect the big data that we need, for example we can coordinate with the neighborhood committee and invite the habitats in big gatherings so they can share their fears and ideas about their neigborhood. All the opinions and suggestions from the habitats should be well studied, its important to consider the variable social configurations, different ages, different sex, etc. A second thought, is to design a social platform, that includes a map of the neighborhood, where the user can define the *insecure places* in the neighborhood with certain colors, red zones as crime zone for example, or black zone for unlighted pathes, and so on.
