Economy | 3. Infrastructure | 4. Climate | 5.Housing 3-Ideal Livability Criteria for Charlotte : 1.Housing (65/100) | 2. Environment (40/100) | 3. Culture (20/100) | 4. Climate (70/100) | 5. Safety (50/100); Livability score (49/100) 4-I would significantly increase funding and prioritize infrastructure development in Charlotte; the rate of growth in context of existing infrastructure solutions is significantly imbalanced and increasing from what is needed to what is available on an almost monthly basis. 5-I would like to move Zurich, Switzerland, Lyon, France or Vancouver, Canada; the qualities of these places in my opinion are: 1.
