Hello, this is Sajjad from Afghanistan. 1- I checked the website and I found it interesting. It seems crowded cities are warmer and needed actions. 2- Kabul Capital of Afghanistan: Today 20 C Kabul is the most urbanized city of Afghanistan which more than 4 Million leaves in this city with many vehicles, many dust, many garbage and crimes. Bamiyan: Today 6 C Bamiyan located in ceteral of Afghanistan and the population is around 40 thousands. 3- I would propose for Kabul greening the place, decentralization, use Green Energy, Cleaning the place, High Quality construction, energy efficient building 4- In my country there is no policy to reduce the effect of UHI and we are facing with basic needs like security. But according to rapid urbanization, our government should think about that to have a better place to live.
