The most livable places in my opinion is Singapore, Tokyo, Shanghai and Osaka. My five characteristics: Infrastructure, Foods, level of mix used, Work opportunities and culture. I live in Tokyo. If the full score is 5, I evaluate this city below: Infrastructure: 4 Foods:2 Mix used:4 Work: 3 Culture: 4 Infrastructure in Tokyo has reached a relative high level several decades ago. Even most of them are still work very well due to well maintenance, some of them has became not suitable for nowaday. For example the green infrastructure such as green belts is almost not exist in most of Japanese concrete area, which made the micro climate in some place are not very well. The other example is the railway systems in Tokyo area. They were built several decades ago by different owners, which means the systems will became more and more complicate and high maintenance as time goes by. Japanese government prefer to keep the old system by charging high ticket and spending money on the maintenance or addition instead of building a more sustainable and easy maintenance new system. I think they better change their might in order to reach the resilience.
