Small island , very organized. 5- Barcelona – planned town with a good transportations infraestructure.City going to resilient city. Step 2. Cities liveable. 1- Culture live. 2- Accebility to every one 3- Safety to every citizen 4- Calm and sociable 5- Democratic in the decisions. Step 3. Fortaleza. Brazil. Not acceable in any aspects.
