Five most liveable cities I have visited: 1)New Orleans 2)Budapest 3)Johannesburg 4)New York City 5)Vienna Five characteristics for a liveable city: 1) Culture & Environment 2) Safety & Security 3) Economic activity 4) Access through infrastructure and too amenities 5) Political stability No cities in my country are listed in either the current or potential future liveable cities, however in Johannesburg, South Africa we have a strong sense of culture and it is also a very "green" city with many parks and an abundance of trees, thus creating a cooler and calmer city. It can definitely improve on it's safety and security together with the political stability in the city and country as a whole.
