This is a water and sewerage system in Centenary park which is a leisure spot in the middle of Kampala. One finds that a lot of the back alleys in kampala have water pipes and sewerage infrastructure running around. Before setting up living or working spaces, water and sewerage systems have to be planned. However, in some places the rules have not been followed and flooding is common place in some parts of Kampala
