5 most liveable cities: Vienna,Vancouver,Toronto,Melbourne,Tokyo 5 characteristics:Safety, Public services, Education, Healthcare, Strong & independent economics implementation Khartoum city, where i live, in relation to these criteria it would be found in the worst cities in terms of liveability and quality of life. A massive exertion should be applied in order for the city to be transformed into a more liveable city. No.1,Safety: starting from ending the supress of government and its brutal forces, ending the civil wars and racialism between tribes. No.2,Improving the flimsy and wrecked public vehicles and constructing new metro lines that facilitate the connectivity and acquire public satisfaction of comfort qualities. Improving functioning of waste control and drainage system, consequently recovering the environment and increasing liveability. No,3&4: The priority of the annual budget should be given to the educational and healthcare institutions. No,5:Prudent management of the region's natural resources, refreashing the agricultural sector and dicovering the right means that will lead to a more strong and independent economy that satisfy the needs of the internal citizens and will strengthen the process of exporting of goods and minimize the gap between imports and exports.
