The list of most livable cities in my experience are: 1. Kuala Lumpur Malaysia 2. Jeju South Korea 3. Singapore 4. Kiel Germany 5. Zhuhai China My list of things that make a city livable are: 1. Stability : Ability to feel safe and secure at any time of day to go about my activities 2. Well developed infrastructure like transport system, shopping places, recreation places, hospitals and employment, cleaning culture. 3. Culture : A city having a specific culture from historical elements to specific industries which can excite and employ people as well as the attitudes of people like friendliness, communal feelings etc 4. Green spaces and access of the original natural environment like water bodies, mountains, farmland, flower fields aetc 5. A city that is not densely populated Kampala city is stable but needs better infrastructure and recreation spaces. Some natural elements still exist but population in some places is getting too much. Also we need to develop more aspects of a unique culture. We dont have any that identifies us. Cleanliness is still very bad in many places. Traffic congestion is also a nightmare with no pedestrian facilities
