In this photo, we see a building designed for parking of cars near a hospital. The parking house is placed close to outside parking locate near a street with to entry points. It reduces traffic jams and adds more parking spaces. Street lamps are put in place so that the drivers can see the parking place. The number of cars outside the parking building are less than inside the parking building. It may mean that the vehicles that are parked outside are not by people working in the hospital but maybe people visiting someone they know not for a long time. The cars that are parked inside the building are more likely to be from people who have long shifts. Doctors and nurses who also want their cars to get protected from rain because they known that their vehicles may get affected by it if left outside for a long time.
