1. Food- Flow Food (vegetables, fruits, cereals, etc) are provided in Delhi by the neighboring states of Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Punjab. Therefore this flow of food becomes a unidirectional one. Delhi being heavily urbanised and occuopied doesn't have land to grow food. In the future the scenario can change with more technological advanacements and awareness in 'urban farming'. Hence food can become a stock for the city of Delhi. 2. Capital and Finance- Stock The city of Delhi is the national capital and also houses some of the major industries in and around the city. Manufacturing and information industry forms a mojor chunk of the industries here which generated a huge amount of capital. The industries in Delhi as described above are highly susecptible by the modern robotics and AI-ML technologies and could impact the employment opportunities in the future. 3. People- Flow A huge amount of workforce daily travels to their workplaces in Delhi from the nearby cities of Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Sonepat. It would be interesting to watch the economic and infrastructure development in these neighboring cities which if happens on the positive side could impact the number of people coming to Delhi for work.
