1) In average, the temperture of Seoul is 2 degrees higher than the rural surrounding area. 2) If I could take part in the decision-making process of an initiative related to the UHI effect, I’d like to reduce old fossil-fuel cars. 3) The government has storng policies to reduce a number of cars. And also help people to convert threre old roof system to cool-roof system. It may help to reduce urban temperture in the city center.
