In a project to improve the pedestrianization of a city, the incorporation of Citizen Design Science strategies into an urban regeneration project is fundamental, this can be done through the development of an app to identify and map which obstacles that the pedestrian is in its journey, as well as to identify which are the busiest routes. Likewise, the citizen can highlight the elements that he likes about his surroundings. If several citizens provide information about their movements, their routes (origin-destination), it can be identified which roads are the most suitable to be intervened. This can help the interventions to be made in a more accurate way and not from a theoretical assumption.
