My proposal The App is a multipurpose App to function as: 1. An "Ideas Box where all Citizens can submit ideas 2. A Channel for logging issues 3. A Knowledge base with Frequenty Asked Questions 4. Voting for Ideas 5. Gamification for Contributions or questions to encourage use 6. Setting up of identity, municipal account, username and password etc In the backend, 1 should form part of the Ideaization process leading to public engagements including voting as part of (4) 2 - logs ssues to teh Issue Tracking of the Metro 3 - Contains a Kowledge base leading to forms, workflow iniation etc 4. "Soft Voting" for legislation, ideas, etc to poll opinions 5. Creates a scoring for any submission through the app The app becomes both an interface and an idea generation platform where citizens can actively engage in Citizen Design - supporting and forming a key component of Public Participation and Citizen Design. In addition the App collects environmental information like temperature, location, humidity, air pressure and acts as a mobile sensor to allow for analysis of climate, and conditions. This information can by submitted as anonymous data for analysis
