Cool Desert Climate, being located in a coastal zone the minimums and maximums are moderated by the maritime influence, it makes the city has a stable climate. Proximity to family. Access to natural landscapes such as beaches, rivers, valleys, mountains, clear sky. Safety. Good connectivity with the rest of the country and the city is the reference point and main access to all places of the region. 3. To what extend does your own place of residence fulfill your ideal livability criteria? The first measure I would take to improve livability of my city is improve the public transport and road system to reduce traffic generated by the large housing growth that has taken the city in recent years, with this promoting the use of bicycles making more cycle-paths. 5. Why do we move? Buenos Aires, infrastructure, culture, education, recreation possibilities, connectivity. Santiago, infrastructure, job opportunities, education, housing, services. Lima, culture, low cost of living, history, landscapes, economic growth.
