Recreational possibilities 3. Since Bucharest fails to satisfy most of the criteria associated with livability, I would rate the city with 30. Among the reasons, are: Corrupt political class Unsafety in the evening, and not only Faulty educational system Insalubrity 4. Bucharest is one of the most congested cities in the world, making it a very polluted city. That is why traffic would be one of my priorities. I would invest in public transportation and cycling infrastructure, so people would be encouraged to leave their cars at home. 5. 1.
