My hometown, Lar is a city in the south of Iran, where hot and arid climate, prevents people from walking in the streets. So as I see we need some facilities to attract people to the streets. at the first step, cities authorities should understand people and because they most of them do not live in the city and obviously do nothing know about people's needs. we should design an app for people to show their needs in each part of the city. you walk a long distance and there is no bench that you can seat on, so you can use this app to let the authorities know that there is no bench in your location. or there is no cab or bus stop or there is no shelter or greenery to escape from the shining hot sun. So, I think the best idea is to use the smartphones to show citizens' needs on the map and help the local government to fulfill these needs. My app's name is "Needings mapper". Another app, is needed to help people show their ideas and in other words, design their utopia. By
