Provisioning services - In my neighbourhood there is a small forest Natural Reserve, Älvsjöskogen. There are both wild berries, mushrooms and medicanal plants. There is also a small lake nearby that can provide fresh water, though too small for commercial use. Regulating services - Besides the forest there are quite a bit of trees in the gardens of the houses as well as smaller groves of trees and shrubs. Habitat or Supporting services - The NR forest is protected and is a good habitat for several animals like birds, roe deer, foxes, frogs etc. Cultural services - The forest and the lake serves as recreational and many people, mostly local, use them for exercise and includes several pathways for jogging or even cross-country skiing in wintertime. The lake is used for bathing in summer and skating and skiing in winter.
