Most Livable Cities: 1. Barcelona, Spain. 2. Amsterdam, Netherlands. 3. Vienna, Austria. 4. Christchurch, New Zealand. 5. Wellington, New Zealand. 5 Most Important Factors: 1. Infrastructure: Mainly mobility around the city, well conditions of streets and roads, electricity and other basic needs available in all parts of the city, clean parks and recreational spaces. 2. Political and social environment: Politicians that care about the country, that take care of our taxes instead of wasting it in their salaries or in things that does not benefit anyone. 3. Crime: Low at level of non-existence, live without fear of being robbed, protection of citizens and private property at full scale. 4. Cultural and recreation facilities: Good quality level of world class entertainment, movies, sports, music, theatre plays, etc. 5. Education facilities: Public education of high quality at all levels, from pre-school to university, and reward as a city/country the people that study, that are ambitious, that want to make a change for the better in our society. My country does not have a satisfactory level on ANY of the above characteristics and the only way to change it is by making our society to care for better politicians and law makers.
