List the five most livable cities: 1. Zurich 2. Geneva 3. Oslo 4. Copenhagen Five characteristics that according to my opinion make a city livable: 1. CO2 emissions 2. Recycled waste 3. Well organised public transport 4. Efficient resettlement and city planning system 5. Plenty of green spaces All the factors above need to be developed in Tbilisi. In fact Tbilisi is one of the most polluted city in the region, there is no waste recycle infrastructure, no officially adopted master plan and low green spaces. Many trees are under the threat of being cut down for building or using territories for several purposes.
