We have a Project concerning a new planed Tram in Wiesbaden, nevertheless the possibility for everyone to be part of the design process could be better. I got the feeling that right from the beginning there was a line between all participants and no one was able to say ok I see your point and maybe we can meet in the middle. I think most of the time the participants come with a certain set of ideas and they are neither willing nor able to change their mind and their behaviour.
