The photo shows the Vicente Zorrilla Bridge at La Serena, this bridge represents the major milestone in urban infrastructure held in the city, because it connects the sector Las Compañias (which has 60% of the population) with the civic center of the city La Serena, formerly these two zones were separated by the Rio Elqui.
