The five key-factors of the liveability of a city are in my opinion these ones. Transportation-Health infrastructure-Nature-Safety-Amusement infrastructure I think the five most liveable cities from 1st to 5th are Stockholm-Copenhagen-Amsterdam-Berlin-Paris. All of them fullfil the factors and the requirements in order to characterized as liveable cities but in a diferrent grade each factor. For example Stockholm and Copenhagen give too much emfasis in the 1st,2nd and 4th factor, as well they have a beautiful nature and less emphasis in the 5th factor. My city Sitia hasn't efficient transportation and health infrastructure but it has a wonderful nature as well as high demand of safety as it is a small city and quite many amusement places as cafe, bars , clubs and sports innfrastructures so I rank it as a medium level liveable city.
