First I'm gonna descripe a flow of human resources entering our city that are the refugees from Syria and immigrant from countries like Bulgary, Albania etc. They are coming to Sitia either to save their lives from a dangerous situation in the case of refuges, or to find a better future for them and their families in the case of immigrants. A stock that is staying in the city are a food resource like fishes because the plenty of sea space that surrounds the city as you can see in the photo. Latly a flow that is leaving the city is again a flow of human resources but this time is about the local people, especially the scientists, who go immigrants in countries of the European North where the infrastructure in the scientific field are much better than the South.
