In Australia, the dominant fossil fuels are coal production. Australia is actually the world’s second largest coal exporter, which is where the majority of it goes, but mainly used in the country for Industry services. The easiest way for Australia to reduce it’s carbon emissions of coal is to look into renewables. Australia has the world’s harshest sun, where we always need to apply sunscreen due to high percentages of skin cancer, so why not actually take advantage of this harsh climate and start investing more money in solar energy, solar batteries and solar energy storage.
