The three stocks and flows in this discussion include; water, sewage and electricity. Water services of the municipality are bought to the complex, from where it is reticulated throughout the complex. Such water is clean, having been treated by the municipality and is readily available for consumption. All water consumed, is registered per property unit. Water is temporarily held in a geyser, for the hot water purposes. Water usage can be reduced by focusing on toilet flushing and showering and harvesting grey water for gardening. As for sewage, personal believe is that generation of black waste water (sewage) can be eliminated - by treating sewage in-situ. The human body goes through an integral process to separate fluids from solids. Similarly with water, electricity is part of the services of the municipality and reaches residences via step-down substations. Consumption is metered and paid on monthly usage. Solar energy is essentially a free source of energy and this should be exploited.
