In Central Eastern region of Mexico, the weather is dry and sometimes it suffers of hydric stress. However, I could identify three findings presented on this picture. 1)Water: It is an stock because it's not flowing across rivers, instead of there are some deep few salty lakes, when water strains underground it becomes pure so this becomes a flow through running water network in order to supply all the region and main cities on viccinity. It is a dry region but with abundant water underground. 2)Land: There are a lot of places where new or older neighborhoods can expand since landscape is flat. This allows to gather several urban unities as autonomous entities, joined in a same dynamic only by transport routes avoinding traffic jams at center of the main town, and decentralization enables to provide services on those new sattelite towns by their own. 3)Migration:The main population core proceeded from another regions by railway because it was an important station on path to get the Atlantic coast. Nowadays this mixed population remains but now it is moving on a near car assambler factory. This situation started the construction of new settlements.
