This app is to basically create an ANONYMOUS data feeding-connecting interface between a citizen and the governance. It must act like one stop shop for citizen grievances and data collection. For example, if someone has met with an accident, all one needs to do is report the accident and immediately a call would be generated to find the authenticity of the report and immediately the ambulance will be dispatched, nearby hospitals will be contacted and a police is informed about the situation. this allows for quicker action from the government. Similarly, in the instance of a crime, a police and a prosecutor will be informed and dispatched. In case of animal rescue, in case of finding snakes inside homes or animal on the road in pain/in need of help, a nearby animal shelter or wildlife rescuer will be dispatched. In case of extreme potholes or bursting of transformer or power outage, once report is generated, the appropriate department is contacted for further action. All these people may be paid at the location of emergency after the required action has been satisfactorily taken. The citizens can also rate the job done and give back valuable data to the government system.
