I would like to improve: - highways infrastructure; - transportation by public transport (more trains during peak hours, more solid and failure free trains and railways); - regulations which make more attractive for private inhabitants buying / using electric vehicles; - to provide possibilities and pay more attention to use renewable energy sources; - to pay more attention to digital safety. 5. I can not estimate the criteria of livability for Singapore because I have never been there.
