This ranking is based on the cities where i have lived or worked, not only visit. 1. Celaya 2. Mexico City 3. Dolores Hidalgo 4. Leon 5. Guanajuato The main aspects of liveability are 1. Educational and recreational infraestructure 2. Internal mobility and connectivity whit other cities 3. Security 4. Job opportunities 5. People Dolores Hidalgo has to improve too in educational and recreational infraestructure, also, his internal mobility could be better. In the other hand, the people could be more receptive to visitors and security will always be an issue in my country
