The city is so over organised that certificates are asked for everything you want to do, for example, if you want to apply for a student’s room, you will need a enrolment certificate, but before you need a health insurance certificate, and before you need a bank certificate, but you need a certificate from the place you are living currently. That kind of organisation makes the easiest things harder to complete. I rate my current city according to my top 5 criteria 85/100. (Bogotá, Colombia) 4.Since this an international and cosmopolitan city, most of its population speak English, but almost every legal procedure, contracts, city information, transportation signs, museums and so on, are in German.
