This street is part of an urban planning experiment. see point 1, 3: people have to be attracted to the area 4, 6: flexible design in case of failure. 5: gentrification 3. contribution to livable urban space take second answer. This is an urban experiment and contributes in two ways: when failing it provides urban planners with insight in what went wrong, so what to avoid for making places more livable. When successful this area can provide a role model where urban planners can refer to when designing new more livable urban spaces Note: this is a superblock in Barcelona.
