1) Based on the liveability criteria given the five criteria factors I believe represent what it means to be a liable city are: culture, economy, environment, transportation, and international connectivity 2) I live in Sacramento CA, USA. I live here because I am from here and have a unique connection to the city. The main drivers for me living in the city are the people, climate, jobs, affordability, and culture. 3) If I had to give Sacramento a liability score between 1-100 I would give it a 70. 4) If I were Mayor of Sacramento I would improve the public transportation system connecting the outer cities and suburbs into the culture of downtown. I believe public transportation would not only allow the Sacramento City proper to grow economically but also socially and environmentally. Transportation improvement measures would decrease the CO2 pollution as citizens would opt to use public transport versus emissions intensive driving. Second, citizens would engage more in local cultural events whether that be sports or arts as all venues and events would be easily accessible. 5) A lot of times we move because milestones within our live draw us to another location. For example, education in the United States tends to take students away from their home as Universities that students get in to are not located near by. Additional milestones forcing individuals to leave are finding jobs, moving for significant others, etc.
