Crowdsourcing platform that collects information from citizens who submits their idea for designing the city. It’s been a while since people started posting to twitter the photos of the streets that are not suitable for walking. City councils have been perceptive to the social media and taken some actions, especially for streets near schools where children usually walk. If city council had central platform that collects complains and ideas from citizen to improve the roads and streets, it would make big improvement to the relationship between city and citizens. You can see people’s post on twitter under hashtag #замчөлөөл. Some guidelines to make platform/app are: 1. Separate apps for idea and complaint. 2. Use locations service to locate the street. 3. Give feedbacks on challenges and its process. 4. Have simple user interaction 5. Make a map of city that are 100% safe for pedestrians and cyclists.
