In this project, build in a rural area in the Peru-Colombia border, were used local materials as well as imported ones from other countries or transported from other Peruvian cities. The main structure is build in a local wood "cedrelinga catenaeformis". Because the main function of the project is to provide water, sanitation and electricity to rural schools, this systems were brought from other Peruvian cities or imported from other countries. The water system is made from PVC and polyethylene tanks. The sanitation system is composed by two fiberglass boxes that dehydrate the feces. Finally, the solar system (solar panel, batteries and other equipment) were brought from China, through Lima, through Iquitos and then to the Putumayo river.
