What would you change? I would dramatically change it's connectivity, accessibility and transport, Santa Cruz is plagued by congestion problems, has only 3 major in-roads, all of which are two lanes or less, and suffer from lack of resident, student and tourist parking. Furthermore, there are very little public transport options for intra-city transport (to SF or San Jose) and inter-city transport is being slowly cut back. 5.
