1) Education Infrastructure Safety Environment Transportation 2) I live in the city of Cartago, Costa Rica, i still live at my parents house, yet, i really like this place, the main reasons a like living here are: 1) We have access to all the main public services. 2) The public transportation system is mostly good. 3) We have many parks for recreation. 4) The city has many cultural spaces and activities. 5) Cartago is only 20km from the capital of Costa Rica, so you have reduced transportation time. 3) The city fulfills 60 of my ideal livability rate. General livability score for the city: 79 4) The main thing i would do as a mayor, is transforming the city into a smart city, making available making the municipal formalities in a digital form, i would also use cameras to improve the safety and security. 5) I would like to move to: 1) Copenhagen, Denmark 2) Stockholm, Sweden 3) Vladivostok, Russia This 3 places have similar characteristics, such as: Climate: I like cold weather, yet, i live in a tropical country, that is hot all year long, so moving to one of this cities would allow me to enjoy the cold weather. Education: They all have excellent education levels, and many well known universities. Transportation: The use of subways, light train, tram, and also and organized bus system makes those cities attractive. Environment: These cities are committed with a more sustainable future, they invest in renewable energy systems, and recycle. Safety: They are mostly very very safe cities to live in, you can go and walk around with a minor probability of being damage, or assault.
