Five Characteristics that make a city livable are • Pleasant Climate and low cost of living • Pollution free air • Fresh and safe drinking water • Security and Healthcare • Well-connected Road network 3. The city of my Residence is Delhi. The climate has high extremities between summer and winter temperatures and precipitation. Being the capital of the nation and a growing metropolis it has a high cost of living. Due to a lot of vehicular traffic and presence of factories at suburban areas, causes pollution - which is a major drawback. As it is situated on the banks of river Yamuna, it has a source of water. The city is well equipped with a number of hospitals and health care centers. But, due to the high population of the city, the quality of water as well as health care, is somewhat compromised. It has a well-connected road network that makes transportation through the city convenient.
