As shown on the graphic, I have 3 options to get from home to work: ROUTE 1 - Is the route I do everyday, using public transportation. It is the cheapest option and the one that is paid by the company I work to. It takes longer to get from my home to work and it is the most stressfull. The coach costs BRL16,00 and the bus BRL4,50. ROUTE 2 - Is the route I do when it is raining, geting an Uber from the coach station to the office. It is faster and more comfortable, but also more expensive and the company I work to doesn’t pay for it. The coach costs BRL16,00 and the Uber BRL20,50. ROUTE 3 - It would be the best option, going by car from my home to work, but I don’t have a car. In Brazil it is really expensive to buy and maintain a car. The value I reported is estimated, considering the fuel, the tolls, the maintenance, the security and taxes we have to pay.
