FC-01x Future Cities (Self-Paced) - Exercise 3: "Factors of Livability"

Livability of cities I have been to: Montreal, San Fransisco, New York City, Paris, Los Angeles Five characteristics of livability: 1) Real estate price 2) Climate 3) Accessibility - how easy it is to move around inside the city 4) Attractions within the city - (Museums, Theater, Sports, Parks, etc.) 5) Level of noise pollution New York City, is very expensive to live in, real estate prices are very high compared to most other cities. The climate is very cold in the winter (-15 c) and very hot in the summer (39 c, 80% humidity), but very pleasant in autumn and spring. Is is incredibly easy to move around within the city (Subway, bus, ferry, taxi, etc.) however, the price for public transportation keeps increasing. The city is not lacking in attractions, which is the reason most people visit. Noise pollution is quite bad due to the amount of automobiles and personal air conditioning systems, this could be fixed with electric cars, and central air system installation in buildings.
