I would rate it from an 1 to 5 scale, with 5 the most livable as following: Air pollution level-2. Car usage is the main factor for its high level, together with limited green places inside the the city. So a metropolitan park is needed and car usage should be limited as it is also referred in the characteristic of urban mobility system. usage of public space-3.People start using public spaces more and more. Financial crisis was a good chance to be so focused on indoor entertainment and starting relaxing in parks again. We have to exploit this opportunity by creating more and safer places where people are able to interact. urban mobility system-2. Better public transportation. The metro is still under construction and it will help a lot but a change of behaviour from car to walking or/and cycling is more important. energy consumption-2. Installation of photovoltaics to as many houses as possible is more than welcomed accessibility-3. Efforts are being done towards a city that is accessible for everybody but it takes too long. We have to start teking into consideration all social groups before design a pedestrian road or a public building. New legislation with strict enforcement is of high importance.
