i work at China Foreign Affairs University ( CFAU ) and the Beijing Youth Politics College of Beijing( BJYPC ) as a director of Education, Monday and Tuesday's i need to go to CFAU this a one way calculation Options : 1- School bus pick from City Center 7.20am re-turn 4.30pm ( i used when I am not tired or have nothing urgent. From my home i need to leave at 6am. Walk 15 mn too subway Subway 10 mn Walk to the pick up station 15 mn Ride to campus 50mn Total time 1 : 1h30 mn 2- Subway leave home at 6.15 Walk to Subway 15mn Subway from my station to destination : 60 mn tuk tuk to university : 10mn total time : 1h 25 to 2 hours depending of subway connections and rush hour is difficult to have an easy travel. 3- Drive which I mostly do: One hour Drive . It gives me chance to arrive early , leave home around 9am, because the bus schedule is set. Take my daughter to school , do some research by the local mcdonalds restaurant while having a coffee. also i can swim on campus after my classes and wait up the return traffic to slow before i drive back.
